Palmetto Paws and Tails happily serves Columbia, South Carolina's* most loved pets and their owners.

Sally and Jonas Mullen started Palmetto Paws and Tails because, as longtime pet owners, they understand that your pets are not just your animals, but your family—and you want the very best care for them.

They know what's important when you leave your pets behind—that they remain on a regular schedule—for feeding, play, and medication. Palmetto Paws and Tails is dedicated to caring about your pets as if they were their own.

Sally and Jonas Mullen are committed to community service that benefits animals and the people who love them:

• Sally and Jonas collected many items for a fundraising auction for Pets, Inc., a Columbia no-kill shelter and adoption program.
• Sally and Jonas collected almost 1,000 pounds of cat and dog food for the Hungry Bowl Campaign, an international drive to collect food for shelters and rescue groups. Columbia groups that benefited from the drive were the Animal Protection League, Senior Resources Pet Program, and S.Q. Rescue.
• They provide basic care/play for the Animal Protection League and Project Pet cats that are in PetSmart for adoption.
• Sally and Jonas volunteer for:
  The Senior Resources Pet Program (Meals-on-Wheels), delivering pet food to the clients of Senior Resources, at PetSmart in the cat adoption center,and they carie for Animal Protection League and Project Pet cats that are up for adoption.
• Sally and Jonas started a Pet Sitters Collaborative for Greater Columbia area pet sitters.
• Sally and Jonas Mullen's yard is a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation
